There is no sugar*, dairy or gluten ingredients in any of our products. We are vegan too! We use isomalt which is a sugar substitute made from pure beet sugar. It is 100% sugar free and even helps prevent tooth decay.

We are also certified under the Tartikov Hechsher-Rabbi Yechiel Babad.

This is due to the nature of isomalt which is a sensitive material. Your item is hand crafted in small batches and each one will come out a drop differently. This is what makes them special and beautiful! Colors may not be an exact match as well.

We recommend getting on the production schedule as soon as possible! That being said, we need between 1-3 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the order. We try very hard to accommodate, however shipping and rush fees may apply.

There are no returns or refunds on any products as they are hand made exclusively for you. We take great pride in our products and designs. We can not be held responsible for any shipping issues that may arise. Please call to discuss with us if any issues arise and we will work with you to track it.

If you take proper care in storing your products, they can last a long time (years)! Isomalt is sensitive to moisture, heat and cold. You need to protect them from humidity. Keep them in a cool dry place in sealed bags or an airtight container with desiccant packs. This will keep them dry and clear.  

Yes! The entire lollipop is edible-even the image! Everything is made with edible ink and paper! Enjoy them!

Please submit the highest quality image you have. Images can be.jpg, .bmp, .png, .gif, .svg or .dxf file types. We can convert .pdf files but you may lose some resolution.

Candy A Plenty is not responsible for obtaining permission to use any copyrighted images. It is up to the customer to obtain permission. We can not be held responsible in the event you did not get permission to use your image. You agree that we have no liability and you will indemnify us for any loss.
