How far in advance do I need to place an order?

We recommend getting on the production schedule as soon as possible. We need between 1-3 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the order. Shipping and rush fees may apply.

There are no returns on any products, as they are hand made exclusively for you. We cannot be held responsible for shipping issues that may arise, but please contact us to discuss and we will work with you to track it.

Q: Is there any sugar, dairy, or gluten ingredients in your products?

There is no sugar, dairy or gluten ingredients in any of our products. We are vegan too! We use isomalt which is a sugar substitute made from pure beet sugar. It is 100% sugar free and even helps prevent tooth decay. The personalized image contains a minute amount of sugar.

Q: How do I place a custom order?

Upload your image to the cart at checkout, or email the image to info@shopcandify.com after you order and include your order number. We can put your logo or image inside and customize the flavor as well.

This is due to the nature of isomalt, which is a sensitive material. Each item is hand crafted in small batches, so each one comes out a bit differently. Colors may not be an exact match either.

Q: How long do the lollipops last?

If stored properly, they can last a long time, even years. Isomalt is sensitive to moisture, heat and cold, so keep them in a cool dry place in sealed bags or an airtight container with desiccant packs.

Q: Is the whole lollipop edible?

Yes. The entire lollipop is edible, including the image. Everything is made with edible ink and paper.

Are you Kosher Certified?

We are proud to be certified under the OU - The Orthodox Union. All products are Kosher Pareve - non dairy.

How long until I receive my order?

Standard custom orders arrive 7–10 business days after you approve your proof. This includes custom production and shipping. Your timeline starts when you approve your proof, so the sooner you approve, the sooner your candy arrives!

I need my order by a specific date. Can you rush it?

Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether we can meet your date. Rush requests must be approved in advance and are not guaranteed until we confirm them. Rush fees may apply.

If I choose expedited shipping, will my order arrive faster?

Expedited shipping speeds up delivery once your order ships. It does not shorten production time. Selecting expedited shipping at checkout does not mean your order will be made on a rush basis unless we have approved a rush in advance.

What type of images do I submit?

Please submit the highest quality image you have. Images can be .jpg, .bmp, .png, .gif, .svg or .dxf file types. We can convert .pdf files but you may lose some resolution.

What types of images can I use?

Candify is not responsible for obtaining permission to use any copyrighted images. It is up to the customer to obtain permission. We cannot be held responsible in the event you did not get permission to use your image. You agree that we have no liability, and you will indemnify us for any loss.
